One of the many services that E247 provide is email hosting. There are literally thousands of companies out there that provide this also. Why would you choose us above any other company? Here are a few things you should focus on when choosing these services:
Money Back Guarantee - Many providers offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so that you can try their services and then claim it back if you don't like them. Have you ever tried claiming your money back! We don't do this. We give you the first two weeks FREE instead, so that if you're unhappy with the beginning of our relationship, then off you go. No money wasted, no hassle for you. We won't blackmail or fight you into staying with us!
Storage Space - This is the amount of room on a server that you are given for your mailboxes. We allow for dynamic sizing. That is, the more mail you receive, the more your mailbox grows. No more email bouncing back from your address, just because you are away on holiday! We are generous when it comes to mailbox space.
Bandwidth/Data Transfer - Bandwidth usage refers to how much data/information is sent to, or received from your email account on the server over a specified period of time. Usually it is measured monthly. The more attachments you send & receive, the more bandwidth you'll need. We are generous with our bandwidth limits - there aren't any!
Uptime Guarantee - Your email is your business. If your business is closed, then you aren't making any money. The same is true if your email is down. You should only choose an email service that provides, at least, a 99% uptime guarantee. We do this.
Cost/Price - This should always be an important factor. However, the old adage that 'you get what you pay for' is nearly always true. Cheap hosting should never be a tempting option when it comes to your business email. We charge a price that allows us to provide a high quality service, at a point which we consider a reasonable and competitive rate.
Customer Service - We performed a survey before creating our customer services approach. We were considering offering two customer services options for our customers:
Option One, where you could call a high rate premium number and listen to bland music for at least 10 minutes, then go through a lengthy process of pressing 1, then 3, then 4, then 5, then 2, only to find at the end of this trial, a voice mailbox kicked in and gave you a full 8.5 seconds to leave a detailed message. This seemed acceptable as it is the current industry 'norm'.
Option Two, where you called a local rate number during office hours and a real human being answered. They then put you through to another real human being who, firstly, listened to what your problem or query was and then, secondly, arranged to deal with it there and then. This seemed interesting, as it was an unusual approach.
Surprisingly, we found that Option Two was by far the most popular. We now provide this option only, to all of our customers.
Technical Support - E247 is a 'hands-on' organisation. All the people who work with us have real experience in trouble-shooting issues and multi platform Internet use. We use Macs & PC's. We have great experience with Outlook, Entourage, and many other email applications. We have all learned from past situations and share our knowledge with each other to provide good all round technical support.
