 ISDN used to be the way to shift big files. The way to shift big files, expensively. The way to shift big files from A to B, but not A to C, D, or E. FTP is low cost, flexible, configurable and easy to use. We provide FTP Hosting for those companies that regularly need to transfer large files, to and from their clients & suppliers. Included are individual folders, fully password protected, for each client or supplier. 5Mbs or 5Gbs? The size of these folders is up to you. We offer pre-configured packages, with or without a domain name, to suit every requirement and budget.  Our FTP packages provide a master account and as many client folders as you require. Once logged in, you can upload or download to any of the client folders within this account. You can see all the client folders in one view and navigate between them as necessary - dragging & dropping files to where appropriate. When each client logs in to their folder, they can only see the files within that folder. They cannot see other client folders within the master account. This provides security and privacy for each client of your company. Space is allocated to the whole master account, so there are no individual limits set for the client folders. With an FTP500 package, for example, you could upload a 30Mbs file into each of the client folders, or a single 500mbs file into any one client folder. Regular removal of files that have already been downloaded, or are no longer required, will ensure that no space is ever wasted. E247 operate a 'soft limits' policy, so that if you do exceed the limit set on your account, we send you a gentle reminder - rather than an unexpected invoice! However, should you receive reminders on a regular basis, then it probably is time to upgrade to a more appropriate package! We also provide bespoke services that can handle any configuration you need for your business, no matter how complex. You tell us how many master & client accounts you want, what space you require, and any other specific needs. Should you want assistance, we are always happy to advise (by telephone or email) on the best way of using your FTP area. We can recommend which FTP application is best for the computer you use (MAC or PC) and also show you how to use it.
