You do not have to have a service with us, in order to benefit from the advice & assistance that we can provide.
Our SUP1, SUP8 and SUP16 plans are widely used by companies of all sizes to access immediate assistance when their existing IT staff are either on holiday or off sick, and also used as an out-sourced IT department for smaller companies and individuals.
A moderate annual subscription provides access to a dedicated telephone number (normal BT rate charge), which in turn guarantees a response from us within a one, eight, or sixteen hour timescale - whichever is applicable to your needs. In all cases, we endeavour to solve any reported problems, or queries, within the appropriate timescale and advise you upfront on any additional charges that may be incurred in our performing any necessary remedial work.
